October 11: IT‘S THE GREAT PUMPKIN, CHARLIE BROWN (1966) / GARFIELD‘S HALLOWEEN ADVENTURE (1985)

Tonight is Nostalgia Night on 62 HORROR MOVIES. First up is the iconic classic IT'S THE GREAT PUMPKIN, CHARLIE BROWN from 1966, followed by the equally wonderful GARFIELD'S HALLOWEEN ADVENTURE from 1985.

October 10: DR. TERROR‘S HOUSE OF HORRORS (1965) / THE HOUSE THAT DRIPPED BLOOD (1971)

Tonight is Amicus Anthology night. Begin by entering DR. TERROR'S HOUSE OF HORRORS and then try to escape THE HOUSE THAT DRIPPED BLOOD, both movies starring horror icons Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing.

October 9: THE HAUNTING (1963) / THE LEGEND OF HELL HOUSE (1973)

Tonight, I'm going to talk about the two best haunted house movies ever made: THE HAUNTING (1963) and THE LEGEND OF HELL HOUSE (1973), adapted from two great novels by Shirley Jackson and Richard Matheson. 

October 8: PSYCHO (1960) / THE BIRDS (1963)

Tonight is Alfred Hitchcock Night on 62 HORROR MOVIES. First up is PSYCHO from 1960, followed by THE BIRDS from 1963. I love both of these movies a lot, and it was a challenge not to talk for hours about them.

October 7: HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL (1959) / 13 GHOSTS (1960)

Tonight is William Castle night. First up is HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL, starring Vincent Price. Second is the equally fun 13 GHOSTS from 1960, which features Margaret Hamilton as a housekeeper who may also be a witch.

October 6: THE BLOB (1958) / THE FOG (1980)

Tonight we'll see two small towns overtaken by an otherworldly force on 62 HORROR MOVIES. First up is the sci-fi horror classic THE BLOB from 1958, followed by John Carpenter's spooky ghost tale THE FOG from 1980. 

October 5: THE LEGEND OF SLEEPY HOLLOW (1949) / A DISNEY HALLOWEEN (1983)

Tonight is Dark Disney night on 62 HORROR MOVIES. First up is THE LEGEND OF SLEEPY HOLLOW from 1949 and then A DISNEY HALLOWEEN (also known as DISNEY'S HALLOWEEN TREAT) from 1983.

October 4: THE OLD DARK HOUSE (1932) / HAUNTED HONEYMOON (1985)

It's a dark and stormy night on 62 HORROR MOVIES. Enter THE OLD DARK HOUSE directed by James Whale and starring (?) Boris Karloff in 1932, followed by its brilliantly funny parody HAUNTED HONEYMOON in 1985.

October 3: DRACULA (1931) / THE VAMPIRE LOVERS (1970)

This is classic Vampire night on 62 HORROR MOVIES. First up is DRACULA (1931) starring Bela Lugosi, followed by Hammer Studios 1970 film THE VAMPIRE LOVERS, adapted from CARMILLA by Joseph Sheridan LeFanu.

October 2: HAXAN (1922) / THE WITCH (2015)

Tonight on 62 HORROR MOVIES it is the night of the witch! First up is the silent film HAXAN released in 1922, which I think still might be the greatest horror movie ever made, followed by THE WITCH from 2015.
